HistoriaWe are a small team from Frankfurt, founded in 2020, who conceived d.quarks to help managers steer organisations toward a digital and sustainable future without creating new dependencies. We believe transformation happens when different experiences, skills and disciplines converge — those are our “d.quarks.” We empower leaders by explaining interrelationships, sharpening key skills and sparring honestly about current realities. We design processes and innovation methods, evaluate progress, and build networks based on mutual respect. Early on we faced resistance to change, but continuous listening and practical experiments have turned sceptics into independent change agents. Our passion is to enable organisations to run successful, self-determined strategies and keep momentum long after our engagement ends.
