HistoriaWe founded DDBR Consulting in 2015 in Braunschweig because we saw teams and managers stuck between strategy decisions and practical implementation. From day one we committed to helping people dare important process changes, discover agile leadership practices and develop self-leadership at individual and group level. We work systemically across four levels—individuals, teams, managers, organisation—so change doesn’t stall when new structures or responsibilities appear. I often recall projects where conventional methods failed and our collaborative, values-based coaching re-established decision-making and responsibility within weeks. Today we operate internationally with four Continental Partners, a UK partner and a network of experts—still driven by the same conviction: sustainable business impact comes from enabling people to lead change themselves.
