Who they are Design At Business is an association and a living community of creators, innovators and change makers. Founded in 2010 and based in Villars Sur Ollon, Switzerland, the organisation brings together like-minded leaders and practitioners from multiple domains and organisations to promote the adoption of meaningful innovation practices in both business and society. Core services and expertise Design At Business provides its community with a collaborative platform to connect and exchange ideas; collective efforts to develop a more accurate understanding of future individual and collective human needs; the co-creation of original innovation approaches; an environment where members can apply and iterate these new methods; and opportunities for members to expand their innovation skills. These activities are designed to be cross-disciplinary and scalable across organisation sizes. Approach and methodology The association operates through peer collaboration, shared experiments and practice-focused exchange. By creating bridges between organisations and enabling hands-on collaboration, members test approaches in realistic settings, refine hypotheses about human needs and adapt practices according to real-world feedback. HistoriaWe founded Design At Business as an association in 2010 in Villars Sur Ollon because we believed meaningful innovation needs community, not isolation. Over the years we have grown into a diverse network of creators, innovators and change makers from small teams to large organizations. We gather regularly to share ideas, test new approaches and learn from each other’s hands-on experience. Our passion is helping members bridge organizational silos, develop a clearer understanding of future human needs and turn shared insight into practical approaches.
