Divine Solutions es un estudio de software e IA de Svetvinčenat, en el centro de Istria, Croacia. Desde 2025 diseñamos y desarrollamos el software del que las empresas dependen cada día laborable: aplicaciones empresariales a medida, aplicaciones web y móviles, tiendas online conectadas a un ERP y agentes de IA que eliminan las tareas repetitivas de los escritorios de los empleados. La mayoría de las empresas que conocemos ya poseen los datos que necesitan. Se encuentran en un ERP, un CRM, un buzón de correo o un conjunto de hojas de cálculo. Nuestro proyecto habitual añade una capa de IA sobre esos datos: un asistente que responde en lenguaje sencillo a preguntas sobre existencias, pedidos o facturas, un informe listo cada mañana o un agente que clasifica las solicitudes entrantes y redacta las respuestas. Nos conectamos a los sistemas que la empresa ya utiliza en lugar de pedirle que los sustituya. Para la atención al cliente desarrollamos chatbots y agentes de voz. Un agente de voz responde al teléfono, entiende a la persona que llama y le contesta en su idioma, ya sea croata, inglés o prácticamente cualquier otro. Después reserva la cita o transfiere la llamada a una persona junto con un breve resumen. Además del trabajo para clientes, desarrollamos y gestionamos tres productos propios: CallVista, un agente de voz con IA para centros de llamadas; AdReady, una plataforma que convierte las directrices de marca en variantes de banners y las lleva desde la aprobación hasta la publicación; y Business Booster, que reúne la comunicación, las tareas, los datos del ERP y la analítica en un solo lugar. Cómo trabajamos: la primera llamada es gratuita. Primero analizamos el proceso y los datos, acordamos el alcance y un precio orientativo, y normalmente tenemos lista una primera versión funcional en un plazo de cuatro a ocho semanas. Las aplicaciones que desarrollamos y mantenemos funcionan en servidores ubicados en la Unión Europea, y los requisitos del RGPD y de la Ley de IA de la UE forman parte del plan desde el primer día.
