If I ever need them, I can call, Slack, or email them, and there will always be someone there. The team even proactively calls me when they’re thinking about the work we’re doing. As a business owner, I have an aversion to working with consultants, because you only have their mindshare working on your specific project. With Justwords, I’ve always felt that their team is thinking about the problems we’re trying to solve at all times.
