Every project is built 100% in-house at Modall's Ontario office, with no outsourcing or offshore contractors. Clients work directly with the development team through weekly standing calls, shared staging environments, and sprint-based delivery. The process starts with a paid Discovery phase where the team delivers system architecture, Figma wireflows, a development roadmap, and a detailed budget estimate before any code is written. Notable custom software projects include a multi-tenant ERP system for PizzaForno, a digital wealth management platform for New Market Trading, and a financial SaaS platform for HuddleBooks. Modall designs and builds web applications that handle real business logic, not just marketing sites with a login page. The team works with startups launching their first product and enterprises replacing legacy internal tools. Web apps built by Modall include admin portals, customer dashboards, multi-tenant platforms, booking and scheduling systems, e-commerce storefronts, and data-heavy operational tools. Every web application is server-rendered with Next.js for fast load times, strong SEO performance, and compatibility with AI search crawlers. The frontend is built with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. The backend runs on Node.js with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL, with API integrations for payments, third-party services, and AI features as needed. Modall has built web applications for clients including TFI Canada, Wanderfy (AI-powered travel itinerary builder), and dozens of client projects running on HyperSpeed, Modall's proprietary headless CMS. All development is done in-house in Ontario, Canada, with direct access to the developers building the product.

The team handles everything from initial concept and UI/UX design in Figma through to development, testing, App Store submission, and post-launch support. Notable mobile projects include Sceene (a nightlife discovery app with real-time venue data and short form video reels) and Vault Club (an exclusive invite-only social networking app for golfers).
