¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?Sa Giang has a strong track record exporting rice paper, vermicelli, and dried noodles to multiple countries, but we were facing increasing competitive pressure from other regional producers offering similar products at lower prices. We turned to Paraluman to build a brand positioning strategy that would help Sa Giang escape the price war and create genuine differentiation in the export market.

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?Paraluman approached our positioning challenge very systematically. They analyzed Sa Giang's value chain in depth, examined our sourcing region characteristics and production processes, and identified points of genuine differentiation that competitors could not easily replicate. From that analysis, they built a brand strategy rooted in our real strengths rather than generic claims that lack credibility with international buyers.

¿Hay algo en lo que podrían mejorar?Adding dedicated brand strategy implementation guides tailored for each internal department — particularly the export sales team and packaging design team — would help ensure the strategy is executed consistently at every touchpoint.

¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?CyberLashes operates at significant scale with 500 employees and 3 production facilities across Taipei and Vietnam, but nearly all our activity was OEM manufacturing for foreign brands. We wanted to build CyberLashes into a name that end consumers in the EU and US markets would recognize and seek out directly. Paraluman was chosen to advise and execute our first B2C-focused IMC campaign targeting end consumers in both markets.

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?Paraluman helped us clearly understand the difference between the B2B marketing we had always practiced and the B2C marketing we now needed to master. They built a brand voice suited to young beauty consumers in the EU and then designed content and selected KOCs capable of communicating that message naturally and persuasively. For the first time, we saw the CyberLashes brand being talked about by end consumers rather than only by business partners.

¿Hay algo en lo que podrían mejorar?Adding support for setting up and operating our storefront on international e-commerce platforms alongside the KOC campaign would allow the traffic generated by creators to be converted into actual orders immediately rather than losing momentum.
