HistoriaWe launched Phoenix Contact Smart Business in 2020 because we saw too many industrial SMEs overwhelmed by fragmented systems and manual routines. From our offices in Berlin and Bad Pyrmont, our growing team of 32 builds scalable, standardised cloud services and smart SaaS that make operations and maintenance tangible and manageable. Working closely with the Phoenix Contact Group as the centre of excellence for cloud services and data analytics, we focus on use-case oriented solutions: clearer system overviews, role-based access, OTA updates, energy efficiency and early error detection with alerts. We take pride in turning complex IIoT data into actionable insights that reduce downtime, cut redundant work and empower smaller companies to digitise with confidence.
