¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?BEWARE SCAM!!! They created website for our limo company. They stated that they will finish in 2-3 weeks. It took them 3 months!!! They also provide web-hosting, which was in India, that is why ping was slow and we had trouble with web-site speed. Now they just switched of our website and don't take phone calls, there is no company office by the address in license.

Respuesta de Selebrands:Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. In the interest of full transparency, we would like to clarify several points.
Firstly, the server location for your website was selected by you during the initial setup on our hosting platform. You had the option to choose from 26 global locations, including Germany, France, and the US, so the responsibility for the location selection lies with you.
Regarding the website development timeline, at no point did we commit to a 2-3 week completion. As with any web development project, timelines can shift, but the project was completed in under a month and a half, not the three months mentioned.
With respect to the website’s performance after our contract concluded in March of last year, it is essential to regularly update website plugins and maintain performance standards. This responsibility falls to you as we no longer manage the website. Had additional assistance been required, our Web Maintenance service was available but was not purchased.
As for your concern regarding phone support, our hosting services are supported through a ticket system within the platform, which you have access to. Our team responded promptly to your recent inquiry, and we continue to be available for support through the appropriate channels.
