HistoriaWe started Strangefruit.nl in 2001 in Amsterdam with a simple belief: web work should be honest, useful and technically solid. Today we still do everything in-house — from concept to launch — so we're accountable at every stage and can respond quickly when projects shift. We enjoy a direct, no‑nonsense approach: we listen, think, create and innovate. Our designers code, our developers design, and that makes complex technical issues feel simple for clients such as CCV, the Dutch Ministry of Justice, Amsterdam Tax Department, Leiden University and Wageningen University & Research Centre. Building web applications and sites for public institutions and brands keeps us curious; solving the hard problems is what motivates our team each day.
