¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?We first reached out to Upstack Studio for various improvements and bug fixes to our Shopify Store which has been through a few hands and was really buggy and slow. There were also layout changes and UX improvements involved too. All these UX issues were causing low conversion rates and sales. Then we also work on mobile responsiveness enhancements for our Shopify Store to capture more sales, layout changes and new features were also added to further improve UX.

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?We worked closely with Adrian and his team during the project and their response was very quick and timely. Whenever we reach out to the team for questions, tasks, feedback, etc, they’ll get back to us as soon as they can and we’re always informed of any updates. Work is delivered on time and sometimes, they even go out of their way to complete urgent tasks which we really appreciate.

¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?The Upstack Studio team helped us to develop a full-featured job portal with both web and mobile apps. The project includes implementing maps for job searching, job posting functionality, job matching based on criteria, a credit system for job posting and unlocking profiles, a resume builder, a profile section for users, and a rating system for employers

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?Adrian and his team were very agile and responsive. They are very transparent in their communication and operations throughout the project as we’re always able to reach them whenever we need to. Although there were some delays at certain points, the team promptly address the issues and openly discussed them with us. Despite the temporary setbacks, they were able to get back on track and deliver the items accordingly.

¿Hay algo en lo que podrían mejorar?As mentioned, there were some setbacks in terms of the timeline during the project but they addressed them immediately so everything is good. Perhaps something they can work on would be the estimation of time and effort required.

¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?This is a new online portal for AFA members to register all the licensed representatives from different FA firms, this enables the public to search the licensed financial planners' information in Malaysia.

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?Communication and support from their team. The way they understand the client's needs, spent time in communication and meetings to ensure the specifications received are complete enough, and the dedication and passion the team has are the key difference compared to other vendors. Not the type of vendor who delivered and then hands off.
