Proyecto realizado para REVLON en el sector Otros para un público B2B / B2C en 2017.We help REVLON organizing this 4.000+ event for the last 7 years, each year increasing our participation. This mega event has taken place in different cities in Europe: Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, Budapest, Lisbon, Madrid, Rome, Paris, Brussels... and next year in Barcelona for the W10th anniversary of the Show. We have consistently won the contest to be their official agency worldwide for this event and we also won the 2018 edition. There are 3 events inside the event: 1. Style Masters Show & Contest: 1. The best Hairdresser in the world contest... more than 40 countries participating. This is the main event where a professional Jury selects a winner among 10 finalists 2. 4.000+ delegates that enjoy a banquet gala dinner + the Style Masters Show & Contest + a Closing party (Is the biggest and most important of the Professional Hairdressing Industry) 3. Revlon takes the opportunity to present new products and hairstyle collections for the next season 4. We partner with Eventissimo to produce the Show: we take care of the gala dinner and all logistics and they take care of the Show production 5. In summary, we take care of: 1. Venue finding & city contest to select the next one for the show 2. Hotel Booking, coordinating the needs of the different countries based on their size & special needs 3. Transportation & flights (especially charter flights for the bigger delegations) 4. Delegations Program designs 5. Transfers: buses from/to airport-Hotels, to the show venue, etc. 6. Catering & restaurants 7. Printed materials to support the event branding & messaging 8. App of the event 9. Coordination with AVs Production partner 2. Delegations programs 1. The day before the main event, each country delegation organizes a private event with their clients to award local winners 2. We take care of more than 10 big country events that include: 1. Gala dinner & Party the day before 2. Incentive/activity the morning of the main event (normally city tours, team building, etc. to help their clients to enjoy the host city 3. General management & Marketing meetings 1. The top executives of the firm come to the Style Masters show, therefore they take the opportunity to hold a Strategy Meeting that we also help organize and support 2. All Marketing heads also attend, therefore they also have a similar meeting that we also support 3. These are executive meetings where we provide support with transportation, hotel booking, meeting-room set-up, AVs, catering, etc.

News Corporativo PEPSICO TOP 100 EXECUTIVES It was a pleasure for us to be able to support Pepsico in its annual meeting of the TOP 100 Executives and celebrate the 30 years of Pepsico in Portugal.Of course, the event was held in Lisbon, where our partner Luisa Fraga helped us make everything perfect.2 days of intense meetings, with a complete program, with high-value specialized speakers and a speaker who concentrated in a few minutes all the messages that the company wanted to emphasize... even resorting to magic, which elevated the message to experience.Aligned with the brand's new healthy products, voluntary yoga and running sessions were included before breakfast, which had a very high participation!And to continue with its respect for sustainability, the event was "paperless" with the help of the ad hoc APP that we created, where all attendees could see the agenda, upload and download the documents of the presentations, vote online and share photos and videos in group chat.Thanks Pepsico for your trust! *********Fue un placer para nosotros poder asistir a Pepsico en su reunión anual de los TOP 100 Executives y celebrar los 30 años de Pepsico en Portugal.Como no, el evento se celebró en Lisboa, donde nuestro partner Luisa Fraga nos ayudó a que todo saliera perfecto.2 días de reuniones intensas, con un programa completo, con ponentes especializados de alto valor y un speaker que concentró en pocos minutos todos los mensajes que la empresa quería enfatizar... incluso recurriendo a la magia, que elevó el mensaje a experiencia. Alineados con los nuevos productos saludables de la marca, se incluyeron sesiones voluntarias de yoga y running antes del desayuno , que tuvieron una altísima participación!Y para continuar con su respeto por la sostenibilidad, el evento fue "paperless" con la ayuda de la APP ad hoc que les creamos, donde todos los asistentes podían ver la agenda, subir y bajarse los documentos de las presentaciones, votar on line y compartir fotos y videos en el chat de grupo.
